Notice: Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

PAYMENT for the booking is due within 7 days of arrival. Payment via our Booking Button/Phone is with Credit Card.  Once payment has been processed, this value cannot be refunded and/or processed with a different credit card. If you want to make alternative payment arrangements, you will need to phone or email us direct with your booking – this will be subject to discretion by management.   The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted, and by making the booking represents to North Cove Waterfront Suites that he/she is authorized to accept, the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

Bonds & Security Deposits  –  A valid Credit Card authorisation is held by the property manager as security against any damage or undue wear and tear. All Damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture or furnishings will be paid for by the guest and must be reported to the Manager immediately.  Management have the right to request a large group deposit bond/pre-authorisation on or prior to arrival – check the terms with management.  The loss of keys will attract a replacement and call out cost.

Cancellations – 

  • No deposit is required at the time of booking for bookings made more than 7 days prior to arrival, however a $1 pre authorisation will be done to validate the card provided.
  • Full balance taken within 7 days prior to arrival from the credit card provided.  Failure to provide payment when due may result in the booking being cancelled.
  • Cancellations or modifications can be done FREE of charge more than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur the full accommodation tariff
  • Modifications cannot be made within 7 days of arrival.
  • No Show – 100% of the total booking will be charged to your supplied credit card.
  • NO REFUND will be made for any early departures.
  • Cancellations will void any right to promotional material
  • This cancellation policy refers only to bookings made direct with North Cove (either by phone/email/booking button etc.) and excludes any external booking agencies. Guests who have booked through external agencies should refer to their relevant agents and the terms & conditions agreed to upon making the booking.

Cancellations – PROMO bookings made through the Booking Button (PROMO room code) or via other forms of contact (e.g. phone, email) require full payment at time of booking, are non-refundable and may not be modified once secured.

Prices   –  Includes up to 2 persons in a 1 bedroom or kitchenette, 4 persons for a 2 bedroom & 6 persons for a 3 bedroom using existing bedding. Extra persons (max +1) at an extra charge.  All prices are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change. Whilst every effort is made by us to provide current and correct quotes for your stay, North Cove Waterfront Suites will not be held responsible for human error in quoting tariffs and reserves the right to correct or adjust prices incorrectly quoted.

All prices quoted are inclusive of  GST where applicable. If the number of people booked to share the property changes, we must be notified immediately of the revised number of people booked so a new rate can be confirmed and the property notified. Confirmations and invoices are subject to re-issue if incorrect through error or omission and the guest accepts the liability to then pay the correct cost or to decline to retain the reservation.

Payment Options: North Cove Waterfront Suites accepts all VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB credit cards. Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit. EFT payment is accepted and must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival (or immediately for Non-refundable bookings) with notification and authority to do so by management.

Arrivals –  Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard North Cove Waterfront Suites registration form, and accept the terms and conditions there in of his/her stay.  Check in is at 2.00 p.m. and checkout is at 10.00 a.m. promptly. We will endeavor to arrange an early check in for guests arriving from interstate or overseas, however please remember that the previous guests have not checked out until 10.00 am and the apartments must be thoroughly cleaned.  Failing to advise management of extra persons sleeping in the apartment will give management  the right to charge an extra persons fee without notice to the card provided.

Departures –  On check out, please return your key and check with reception for any outstanding amounts on room charge (phone etc). If you have checked out without going to reception, any charges left on your account will charged to your credit card. Lost or un-returned keys are charged @ up to $170. Safe Keys will occur a $100 replacement fee.
You are responsible to leave your apartment with dishes done (left clean in dishwasher acceptable) in a clean and tidy state. A minimum cleaning charge of one nights accommodation at rack rate will be charged to your credit card if your apartment is left in an unacceptable manner.  No refund for early departures.

Accommodation  –  Accommodation arrangements are based on using existing bedding. This may mean sharing a double bed. Persons under 18 years you must be accompanied by an adult.

Service –  A complimentary linen change will be done on the 7th day  or as per your booking arrangement. (linen changes may be averaged out on the length of your stay, check with reception on check in the day of your linen change.  Linen changes will be scheduled from 10am on the day.  You will receive start up amenities for tea and coffee, bathroom, dishwashing and laundry, toilet paper. Cleaning facilities, broom, mop, dust-pan are provided for you.  Vacuum cleaners are available in the apartments for you to use.  Pool towels are available for hire for a minimal fee of $2.50 for the duration of your stay.

Security Arrangements
If Security is called out to the property because of a complaint, you may have to pay a call out fee and you may be evicted for breaching any of these Terms & Conditions.

Excessive Noise & Functions –  Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbors. In the event management is called to settle the disruption, the management have the right to keep your bond and you may be ask to leave the premises.    If a security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behavior incurring a charge for call out. After one warning guests may be evicted.

Visitors –  You are welcome to have visitors during your stay. Visitors are welcome to use the pool & BBQ whilst they are in your company. If you intend to have 3 or more visitors at any one time, management must be notified for permission. Visitors are not to use the secure parking and must be off premises by 10pm. Visitors are not be given the gate code for security regulations.

Promotions –  Promotions advertised by North Cove Waterfront Suites are only available for direct bookings ie: phone bookings, www.northcove.com.au  website bookings.  Promotions must be mentioned at the time of booking either by phone or in the comments section when booking through our website. Corporate/Long Stay/discounted rates are not eligible for any promotions advertised. Any cancellations will void any offers (e.g. wine & chocolates).  Promotional gifts, etc cannot be exchanged for discounts on room rates.  Promotional bookings made through the ‘PROMO’ room types on the Booking Button, via phone or other forms of contact will require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and cannot be modified once secured.
