My family and I were more than happy with our apartment and the location. So much so, that we intend on returning next year. It was such a delight having breakfast on the balcony each morning. Whether you're looking for tours, self-drive days, adenaline pumping or relaxing swimming holes, our friendly and knowledgable staff are dedicated to helping you plan your time in Cairns and create amazing memories. 


Is there car parking available?

Secure undercover car parking is available free of charge (1 vehicle per apartment). 

The car park entrance is located on Lake Street (next to reception entrance). You will be provided a remote for the carpark upon check-in/collection of your keys. 

There is a height limit of 2.05m to enter the carpark. 

If you are travelling with additional cars, or your car exceeds the height limit. Street parking is available in front of the building (both on the Esplanade and on Lake Street) and is free of charge.

What if i cancel my reservation? will i be charged?

Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2pm (14:00) Queensland, Australia time (1 day) prior to arrival. 

If the guest does not advise of cancellation prior to this time, the full value of the booking will be forfeited.  Over high demand, special event periods and group bookings, alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested. 

is there a limit on the amount of visitors?

Yes. We request that any non-registered visitors leave the apartments by 10pm (22:00) each evening. A maximum number of visitors per apartment is:

  • 1 Bedroom Kitchenette Apartment: 2
  • 1 Bedroom Apartment: 2
  • 2 Bedroom Apartment: 2
  • 3 Bedroom Apartment: 4
  • 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment: 4

how many guests does my apartment sleep

Each apartment has a maximum number of guests who can sleep overnight on existing bedding. 

  • 1 Bedroom Kitchenette Apartment: 2
  • 1 Bedroom Apartment: 2
  • 2 Bedroom Apartment: 4
  • 3 Bedroom Apartment: 6
  • 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment: 6

A maximum of one additional guest may stay in each apartment at a rate of $40 per night. An rollaway bed including linen and towels will be provided for the extra guest. 

do i need to bring linen?

Our apartments are fully self-contained, including all the linen and cooking equipment that you need. 

Just bring yourself, your suitcase, the food that you want to cook! 

The apartments will be serviced (change of sheets/towels) for bookings 7 nights or more. 

Pool towels are available for hire from the reception


can i extend my reservation?

Extensions of in-house reservations are subject to availability. 

While we will do our best to accommodate, if the apartments are fully booked on the departure date, extensions can not be permitted. 

We recommend giving us notice as soon as possible if you wish to extend your booking for the best chances of availability.  

do i receive free internet with my reservation?

Absolutely! All of our apartments are fitted with their own internet routers, providing our guests with complimentary and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi in your apartments! 

what if i arrive early? can i check in?

Check-in/arrival time is from 2:00pm. If you do arrive early and your apartment is ready, we are more than happy to provide you with an early check-in. However, if you apartment is not yet available, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us if our reception is open and enjoy our recreational facilities.  Our friendly reception staff will be happy to help you find a great place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast/lunch and will contact you if your room becomes available before 2pm.

If you would like to guarantee and early check-in, we recommend booking the night before arrival. 

what if i arrive late/after hours? how do I get my keys?

If you arrive after we close (including weekends and public holidays), we have a very simple after-hours procedure for collecting your keys. 

Full instructions for collecting your keys will be communicated to you leading up to your stay with us via email and text message (if you have provided these details to us). 

An after hours phone number is provided in the case of emergencies.  

can i request an ocean view?

Not all of our apartments have an ocean view, and so we are unable to guarantee ocean views for those who request it.  While we always do our best, all requests are subject to availability on the day of your arrival.

If you would like guaranteed ocean views, we recommend booking the 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, which is the only apartment of it's kind in the building and will have guaranteed ocean views.
